Megapolis is a platinum green, integrated township covering an area of 150 acres located in Hinjewadi Phase III, Pune. The project is helmed by Pegasus Properties Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between Avinash Bhosale Infrastructure Ltd and Kumar Properties. Beating our competitor, we were able to win this account due to our excellent work for Kumar Properties. The existing agency which was a big digital marketing company was replaced by ours and then there was no looking back. Megapolis has been the highest performing account in terms of ROI. We were able to garner maximum qualified leads for the premium homes as well as the smart homes. We used effective strategies to target a specific audience to attract buyers. SEO, Website management, numerous print and digital campaigns with unique concepts were profitably implemented. Establishment of Megapolis as a standalone brand was successfully done.
